I don’t think so. If you buy US cards, they will work only in the US

some calling cards company has access numbers abroad.
Pincity for example (www.pincity.com) is quite cheap from the us to europe and also have toll free access numbers in europe.
pincity does not have any number in Iraq.
You can get a military exhance prepaid calling card.

Hi Sunflower. Not all of them will work. I think its actually less expensive to call her from the USA. The rates are much better. You should check rates on a couple of websites before making a decision. If you are unsure of what questions to ask prior to buying a card, try a search for phone card tips on your favorite search engine. Before I purchased my first phone card, I found some good tips at a website called SpeedyPin. I’m sure there are others, but this satisfied my questions.
