yes you will still have the same number. your contacts, however, may or may not be saved on to the sim card. they might have just been saved on to the phone itself. but i guess its worth a try.
Yes you can put your sim in any phone that takes a sim as long as the phone is not network locked. You can buy another prepaid phone and stick your sim in it will work as before.
yes all your info is on the sim card. unless that got ruined too.
