Hey, after purchasing a calling cards, there’s a local state (or) city access number which u’ve to dial first and enter the number you wish to call.
Every city or state will have a access number, through which u can make calls to ur friend. get the access number bfore u purchase. Dont worry, u friend wont b get charged.

    For more details..

It works like this on most calling cards.

You dial the access number, you punch in your pin then dial the destination number. The other end won’t get charge unless you call a mobile phone in the US then he or she will used up his/her minutes on her mobile plan.

I use onesuite.com, they got very good rates and tons of useful features like pinless dialing and online phone book. Check them out.
