Do you have a card reader in your computer? That might be your problem.see if the cable is in the main board real tight.If yes, then you should get a new one for $20 external.If you have a external card reader try a different USB port.
Well it might just be the fact that they didn’t make any drivers for the printer to transfer videos. What would a printer do with a video? That might have been the designers thinking even though you only want to transfer the data from your card to the computer. You are right they are wrong, but they’ll never admit it…
