    You can switch the sim cards and then the phone you put the card in will now basically be the the other phone as it will have the same phone number and possibly contacts if they are saved on the sim card. But you can’t listen to phone calls they make like that, they can’t make phone calls at all without the sim card in their phone except 911. You can call people with that sim card and it would show up on the caller id as the phone number of the card that you’ve taken out of the other phone
