    Just take your mobile and only call if it’s absolutely necessary. Or use a public payphone. You can save up all your stories for when you come home.

    you should be able to bay phone a call at the airport before you go and at the airport from where you get too!!!

    you buy the cards at tabac stands or shops– they are very common w/ no mystery at all — you’ll see when you get there… the cards i have used seem to be all the same……?? look at several for the best price & minutes…the details are usually on a board…..make sure your card is good for international whichever country you are calling…

    also look into your own cell phone rental. companies are online. if you are renting a car you could get a free cell phone deal thrown in ….

    I always buy calling card online at for 3 years. So you had better buy the calling card before you depart. You can compare and check the price online now right.
