There is 400 billion dollars of unspent stimulus money just laying around unused, that also happens to be roughly the amount of money the nation collects in taxes in 3 months. The idea I heard today, (and I heard similar ideas when the stimulus bill was first being presented) why not suspend all payroll taxes from October through December, and let us all have our whole paychecks for those months?
