Corner Store- Help & Support for Small Businesses
Hello and welcome!
This thread is dedicated to the many small business owners who frequent the Comcast Forums. Often in discussions of recent events, coffee chat even political scuffles we find something we share in common, many of us are small business owners with similiar questions, problems (and nightmares) about how to succeed in one of the greatest American Dreams, being our own boss, an entrepreneur.
So with the blessings of Comcast (thank you Solstice for permission and Frodo-Lives for supporting the idea) we’ve been given permission to keep a thread open for members of the small business community to post ideas, support, suggestions and questions.
From the whacky world of marketing ( AKA huntin’ for business), to how to hire (it usually takes 5), to incorporate or not (that’s always the question!), to should I start my own business, all are questions small business owners face. I have found that often the best advice and support can be gained from those who are going down the same road, maybe just a few miles ahead.
Beside the rules which apply to all forums here there are two additional rules for participating in this thread. RULE #1 NO, None, zero politics. This is for dealing with the world as it is now, coping with those rules and hurdles as they stand before us now. Complaints about policies, policy makers and politics as they may or may not affect small businesses should be put into City Hall. RULE #2 In this thread there is no such a thing stupid question or too small a problem. We all have to start somewhere. :smileyhappy:
